The place sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood that feels safe, with round‑the‑clock security on duty. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. I didn’t run into any issues at all.

The hotel looks stunning – the décor is classy and the common areas feel really comfortable. The staff are pleasant, which adds to the overall vibe. The only downside is that the rooms feel a bit too clinical; a few rugs or some carpet would make them feel more homely.

The apartment was tidy and modern, which I liked. However, I was the only guest there and didn’t see any staff around, even for security, so I felt a little uneasy being alone at night.

Great spot, clean rooms and the staff were nice enough to sort things out when they went wrong. The Wi‑Fi was spotty at first (they fixed it later) and the building’s door was a pain – you have to lift the handle while turning the key – but the front desk was helpful after my late arrival.
