There are no English-speaking staff, not even at reception, making communication extremely difficult. I requested an invoice through Booking multiple times, but received no response.

The place was dirty, and it was dirty.

While the hotel offered great value for the price, the temperature in our room was a notable drawback.

Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations due to several issues, including a dirty bathroom and subpar breakfast service. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication were notable concerns.
