The room was clean, parking was available, and I could check in early. I booked the hotel with breakfast, but they refused to provide it; they did lower the price, yet the staff’s attitude was very cold. They said “okay, if you want to cancel, just cancel,” which was misleading because there was no prior notice about breakfast being unavailable.
