The listing claimed it was on the second floor, but it’s actually on a busy street with no parking, and the building has no elevator. I was told the room was number one on the second floor, yet after climbing three flights of marble stairs I found a different apartment at door one, and after another three flights I finally saw a room numbered one – I was out of breath and had no luggage. The description was completely misleading.

Being close to the cruise port and within easy walking distance of the city centre is a plus, but the lack of a lift made it hard to bring my luggage up.

“Not our best stay.”

Short distance from the cruise terminal. Foul selling overflowing refuse bin on arrival inside the main hallway. Buzzer sound every time someone accessed the property, which was agitating. Not the cleanest room - found red dried stain and long hair on the bathroom basin. Tv remote control not working. Bedside cabinets very worn on the tops. Blue Light on key card slot illuminated the room all night and jeopardised our sleep. No staff around
