The location is interesting for a hotel—slightly out of the way, yet it offers good access to the port if that’s where you’re headed. The only real problem was that during the stay the electronic key‑card system failed, so we couldn’t enter our rooms without a staff member using a master key; the front desk, housekeeping, and lobby staff were all great, but not having working key cards was really inconvenient.

The place was spotless and the staff were great. The only thing missing was a restaurant and a convenience store, but otherwise thanks.

This high‑standard hotel in San Jose, Oriental Mindoro, stood out among the few we’d seen in the area; we were glad to stay here after a rough safari‑style trip. The rooms were spacious, the AC worked well, and the showers and toilets were very clean. The beds were huge and super comfy, and the crew were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that a few things could have been better.

The property stayed clean at all times, and the staff always took the opportunity to tidy the room; they were very helpful and accommodating. It’s just a few steps from McDonald’s. Hats off to everyone on the hotel staff. There’s nothing to complain about, though the hotel is still early in its development and the whole team’s workflow will improve over time.
