“Beautiful hotel in the middle of the forest”
The views and the service were excellent, and there was nothing negative to mention.

Everything felt excellent overall, a paradise to return to. The staff were incredible, and the restaurant and pool were very good. Nothing negative.

The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome, and the location is quiet and not too busy, giving lovely views over the trees and jungle with great sunsets. However, the lack of staff training on allergens and intolerances caused daily stress; I have gluten and dairy intolerance and it was hard to know what was safe. The a la carte menu has an allergen key, but it cannot be trusted—some items marked “gluten‑free” actually contained gluten. At the breakfast buffet no allergens are indicated or listed, forcing me to ask staff, many of whom lack adequate understanding or training on allergens.

The room was spacious, clean, and had good beds and a tidy bathroom. The modern hotel was well maintained, and the staff, dressed in Balinese style, were very friendly. The pool offered all‑day sun and shaded spots with plenty of loungers. Breakfast provided a wide variety of fresh options, and dinner was also available, tasty, and varied. The only downside was that the shower door didn’t close completely, so it could get a bit wet.
