“Fair but toilet needs to be replaced”
Safety was a highlight, but the breakfast was the same as before.
Breakfast was subpar with minimal options.
“Unbelievable experience….”
Television, air conditioning and shower were all non‑functional, so I had to leave the next morning.
The room was clean and comfortable, but requiring a $100 deposit at check‑in (even though we had no pets and didn’t smoke or vape) was unnecessary, and we are still waiting for a refund. The breakfast was short on supplies, and we had to ask for a receipt. The staff seemed very unfriendly.
The receptionist was nice, but she told me she would put me in front of the building for my safety—why wouldn’t I be safe? The room smelled musty and like cigarettes. The shower looked sketchy and seemed like it needed repair, and there was a mystery substance on the bathroom sink. The pictures online did not match the actual property; they were much nicer. The room did serve its purpose for sleeping after a long day of flying.
