The setting was outstanding and the staff were incredibly friendly, but the room lacked basic amenities; tea, coffee, and hot water were only available in the common area, and the stairs inside the room were a nuisance.

The location was impeccable (magical within the estate), the place was very clean, and the staff were very professional, but the TV is not essential yet it’s nice for relaxing; I understand that if the room had a terrace with an amazing view, this would be different, so you either read a book or watch the TV.
