We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this quiet hotel; the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the food and restaurant service. The reception, particularly Mrs. Sehal Pradhan, welcomed us warmly and even served an unusually early breakfast. The room and bathroom were very small, so after a shower the whole bathroom got wet.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant was good, the manager, Santhosh, helped resolve the issue, and Namika at reception was friendly and welcoming. However, the room descriptions were completely wrong: a so‑called deluxe room was advertised with air‑conditioning and a large window or balcony, but in reality there was no air‑conditioning and no window.
My stay at this hotel was really enjoyable, thanks to its excellent facilities and friendly hospitality. I was thoroughly impressed with what they had to offer.

The location was the only good thing; the bedding was dirty and stained, the replacement linen was poor quality, there were dust and rust marks in the room, the bathroom and toilet were unclean, the room didn’t match the advertised premium standard, and overall it was a poor value and disappointing experience.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with excellent facilities, warm hospitality, and top-notch services. Overall, it's a great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.
