A stunningly restored building that feels like home, and the bonus of two floors lets you enjoy some quiet time when you want it. Stefania, the hostess, was charming and always ready to help. The breakfast featured fresh local sweets that were a real treat. Definitely recommend it.

The palace is beautiful, and the apartment itself is very nice and cozy, with all the amenities you’d need for a home‑like breakfast, plus fresh croissants to take home. The only downside is the stairs inside the apartment, since the room is on the lower floor and the air‑conditioner is only in the living area, not the bedroom. The shower is a bit small.

Perfect stay! Elegance, cleanliness, the location of the property, the kindness, hospitality, and the attention of owner Stefania made our time in beautiful Urbino very pleasant and relaxing. Too bad we only stayed one night! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The spot is ideal for walking around Ascoli, right in the historic centre and a quiet setting. The apartment is really well organised: the separation between living and sleeping areas makes a big difference and feels comfortable for anyone who wants to stay a few days and feel truly at home. The kitchen also adds a lot to the livability of the space. A special mention for Stefania: very kind, helpful, and caring, yet always discreet and never intrusive. That’s the kind of welcome that makes you feel supported without taking away your privacy or freedom. Highly recommended!
