The room and bathroom are huge, with plenty of space, and they even give out sleepers, robes, and dental kits; the bed is enormous and the breakfast is phenomenal with so much variety. The staff were nice and the hotel shuttle works well. However, the AC was not available; staff explained that because of cooler weather the hotel had switched to natural cooling using the windows, so air conditioning was turned off. Being an airport hotel next to a busy road, it was noisy from both cars and planes, but they did provide ear plugs, which was helpful. The room stayed at 27 °C (80 °F) all night with the windows open, which felt suffocating. They offered a lighter blanket that I took, and… ice! I guess that’s natural cooling as well…
