It’s a beautiful historic estate right in downtown Franklin, and I had a great time exploring the area. Breakfast was excellent and felt very cozy and homey. Because it’s a historic building, the rooms are a bit outdated.

A charming historic building full of character, with plenty of visual interest and balconies or porches. The owner was a gracious host, served large, lovely breakfasts, and shared stories about the property.

The location is great. The place needs a remodel; if they removed furniture and changed the wall colors it would feel more lively and have more potential.

Close to town, a beautiful lot and historic setting, and a great porch! The office and lobby are cluttered, and breakfast was average.
