The room was in the upper part of Modica’s center, a quiet area. It’s an old house completely renovated. The hosts were very kind. The bed was comfortable in a room that was more than adequate in size. The place was very clean, but we did find a few ants in the room—probably a one‑off issue.

All the facilities and services were available, and there was free parking in the area. Nothing else.

The place blended modern and old styles; it was a renovated historic building, located midway between Modica Alta and Modica Bassa. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and breakfast was included and very good. Francesca kindly pointed out places to go for dinner.
