The room space was good, but the bathroom was dirty, the air conditioner was aimed at the bunk bed, the shower jet didn't work, and the shower drain was clogged.

The location is just a few steps from the center, but getting there is inconvenient.

The place was clean and nice; Nicola was very helpful and kind, communications were fast and clear, and they even gave us recommendations. The room was beautiful and any minor inconvenience was handled quickly, though the property sits a little on a hill, which is a small issue but not a big deal.

The room was very spacious, but there were external noises from traffic.
