“Everything was good breakfast was good . Very nice staff”
The property is clean no doubt about that
“Overall stay was good besides the rude housekeeper on the 3rd floor”
The location was convenient, but the housekeeper on the 3rd floor—a tall Indian man—was rude and had a bad attitude. When I asked for extra towels after extending my stay, he snapped that I couldn’t get more because I was checking out. A colleague eventually stepped in and handled it. I told the manager about the encounter, and even after I extended my checkout time, he knocked on my door aggressively, asking when I was leaving because checkout was at 11 and I needed to go. I reminded him I’d extended my checkout, but he insisted we needed the room. I told him I’d finish first and then he could take the room. His attitude was unacceptable and uncalled for.
“Quick stop over and was very nice and comfortable.”
The hotel was very clean, the front desk was friendly, and check‑in and check‑out were easy, but the location sucks. There’s only one way out and you can’t get to the opposite lane on McFarland.
