I ran into a minor issue with the TV remote—it's not very user‑friendly for someone like me who isn't tech savvy—and otherwise everything was fine.

The place was clean and quiet, but the restaurant temperature felt chilly.

The pool was nice, yet I booked a corner room with two queen beds and ended up with a regular room that only had one queen bed; the staff apologized but couldn't swap me into the room I had reserved.
