The place was well kept, spotless, and very quiet, giving me a sense of peace. It’s within reach of the historic city of Anuradhapura, so getting there is easy. I can’t think of many drawbacks, maybe the garden could be more inviting to draw in more guests.

It’s a truly lovely spot, roomy with two bedrooms and three bathrooms that all have hot water, plus a fully equipped kitchen and complete furnishings. Every room and the living area are air‑conditioned, so a group of nine could fit comfortably—four per room and one on the sofa. The house is just 4km from Anuradhapura town, and the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the location is too close to the main road, so traffic noise can be quite loud.
