“Didn't stay for a second”
I didn’t like that I booked all the way from Canada; I got an email with a confirmation number, and guess what! When I showed up at the location, I was told that yes, my reservation was there but there was no room available. They didn’t even bother to ask me about other places. The lady at the reception was very cold, not professional at all. The place itself was very dirty. Not what I had seen on the website.
“Deja mucho que desear”
The bed was very comfortable. The facilities are very old, smell a lot of dampness, and the staff is quite rude.
“Very old building ,”
The maintenance staff on site were helpful, yet the lawn was unkept, the first room’s restroom was clogged, and the air‑conditioning in the second room wasn’t working properly.
“agradable”
Location, price, service. Facilities in general.
“Horrible”
I had already paid online, but when I arrived to check‑in no one was there to greet me; I knocked, rang the bell, and even called the property for 30 minutes, yet no one answered.
