The room was clean and tidied daily, the breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had a retro vibe in a positive sense, was close to the train station, the metro, and bus stops, and near the Agora and bazaar. The room came with a kettle and tea, and the reception offered all‑night coffee and tea.

The hotel was excellent—great location, good breakfast, and responsive English‑speaking staff. My room had a small round window that was useless but cute. The lighting in the room was lacking, but that shortfall oddly complemented the hotel’s interior design.

I strongly recommend this Izmir hotel; the spot is ideal, right next to Basmane metro station with trains everywhere, making it very convenient. What really sets it apart are the staff—super friendly, ready to give restaurant or activity suggestions, and even arrange tours if you ask. They offer a free buffet breakfast and all‑day tea and coffee. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here and in this location. Everything was great—thanks.
