Hotel Niya Regency

The place sits in a decent spot, but we ran into cockroaches and other insects, and the facilities were lacking.

Excellent service! Our group of 8 stayed at Niya Regency for 3 days, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality was exceptional, and the authentic Kerala cuisine they served was absolutely delicious. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Alena and Pranav at the front desk, who took care of all our ad hoc requests with a smile and great professionalism. The team at Fishermen's Hub Restaurant—Manas, Adarsh, Tapasya, and Nikitha—were simply outstanding. They looked after us so well, recommended the best dishes, and thanks to them, we were able to try almost all of the restaurant's specialties during our short 3-day stay. Every meal was a delight. A big thank you as well to Akhil and Judith from the bar for their friendly and attentive service. Finally, a special kudos to the management for building such an amazing team. Great hospitality comes from great people, and Niya Regency certainly has the best. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Internet connectivity was down the entire day with no alternative solution. TV channel were also not activated especially zee sports with the world cup matches going on
