The landlord responds quickly and the location isn’t too bad, but the radiators don’t heat up and we all caught colds from the chill.

Simple check‑in explained via WhatsApp by the hotel staff, clear instructions on finding the room key, but the bedding had unclean red spots that might be blood or dye residue, loud music from a nearby discotheque, and the parking situation was problematic.

Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms; we felt at home.

Close to Norwegian Kai, open reception, large room, kettle available; no reading lamp, no hair dryer, very noisy so I didn’t need an alarm clock, and the area feels somewhat rundown.

A clean, simple room and sparkling water were great for a single night, but the traffic outside was audible and the TV wouldn’t turn on.
