Parking for scooters was good, a small shop was a 10‑minute walk away and a restaurant 15‑minutes away. Everything else was fine for our one‑night stay while we were traveling back from Armenia.

The balcony was nice, but the balcony door and the apartment door (!) couldn’t be locked.

If the customer wants, breakfast can be arranged – it depends on the schedule. It would have been better if there were a place to pray.

Clean linens, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good room at an affordable price. The location is in an industrial area, and early in the morning there were noises, either from the railway or from machinery.
