“Very disappointing (room) and impersonable (only dealt with staff via video)”
A bed to sleep in. Hot and cold water to take a shower. Ample supply of towels and wash cloths. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, no cups to use, when taking a shower, the water come out of both the faucet and shower head therefore the bathtub filled up, vent in the bathroom was held on by duct tape on one side. On the outside, there was no sign showing that I was at the Gateway Inn. This is the first hotel I stayed at where there was no staff at the front desk. There was minimal food/drink available for breakfast
