“Superbe”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a warm and welcoming reception that set the tone for my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, as well as the fantastic facilities, including the spa, gym, and massage options. The restaurants were also exceptional, with an impressive selection of dishes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The young and friendly staff were a highlight, but I was disappointed by the clear lack of maintenance and upkeep around the property. It seems that the hotel's management has not been taking sufficient responsibility for its condition, leading to a noticeable decline in its overall quality. Despite the friendly personnel, the hotel's degraded state was quite noticeable.

I'm sad to report that my recent stay at this hotel was a letdown, especially in terms of cleanliness, which seems to have taken a backseat since the management change. I've had the pleasure of staying here multiple times before, but the current state of affairs is disheartening. On a more positive note, the staff, mostly young and enthusiastic, were responsive to my needs and showed a willingness to help.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were quite right and helpful, which was great, but I was really disappointed to find that the pillows were dirty when I arrived. It was a bit of a letdown, especially since the staff seemed friendly and attentive. Overall, it felt like a decent stay, but with some room for improvement.
