Free parking, close to the port, outside the ZTL zone, full breakfast, comfortable bed. The paint in the bathroom is peeling, a fixed shower head is on the wall, and there’s no handheld shower for washing intimate areas. The TV is very small for a 3‑star hotel, not great, but acceptable for a single night.

I really liked the friendliness of the owners, the ability to park in that part of Livorno, and the great location, but the bathroom was a bit in bad condition and it was very hard to regulate the water temperature; the lighting in the bathroom could also be improved.
The hotel feels a bit old‑fashioned, giving it a certain charm of past times.
Breakfast was good and plentiful, the location was excellent, parking was available, but overall nothing special for a simple, not-new property.
The welcome, the calm atmosphere, and the car parking were all positive.
