The complete quiet close to Noto. The beautiful setting with a lovely pool and many little seating areas, also in the garden where we could picnic. In addition, the possibility to use the kitchen. The very friendly owners. Nothing we can note.

The hosts are warm and always try to make guests feel comfortable. The restaurant and excursion tips were great, and extra requests were gladly accommodated at breakfast. Breakfast every morning was very good; we ate under the nice olive tree with a view of Noto and the sea. It was lovingly prepared, and each day there was a different homemade cake. The accommodation has only a few rooms, so it feels very family‑like. The pool is clean, maintained daily, and the pool loungers are comfortable with enough shaded spots. A great holiday away from the bustle in a lovely seclusion, exactly what we wanted.

Undoubtedly the property is fabulous; the arrival experience, the outdoor areas, and especially the pool area are designed to provide exceptional relaxation. But Carmela and Salvo are definitely the added value. Their hospitality is unique. The morning breakfast is truly pleasant, thanks to Carmela’s delicacies and local fresh products, under the shade of a millennial olive tree the start of the day is enjoyable and well appreciated. No flaw can be found! Even the tucked‑away position from the sea, surrounded by nature, is optimal for escaping the heat. Swimming in the pool at night and having an outdoor shower with hot water is priceless—true luxury.

We absolutely loved our stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the rain shower was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast with both sweet and savory options. The freshly made and different cake every day was a real highlight! The owners were very friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions, and the beautiful, peaceful surroundings with a view over Noto made our stay truly special. The only disappointment was that we had specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi, but upon arrival we were informed that it was not working. We were initially told that it would be repaired during our stay, but unfortunately this did not happen.

Everything was taken care of, nicely furnished, with a breathtaking view of Noto and a beautiful, clean pool, perfect sunbeds and umbrellas. Most importantly, the owners were extremely kind, friendly and welcoming.
