The staff were very friendly and everything was spotless, all smiles. The food was great. The beach path to the hotel was narrow, but the sheer amount of entertainment made up for it. The bathroom slope was awful and water leaked into the room, ruining the door, and the lower floor was swollen from water damage.

The food was solid, the hotel’s amenities were decent, rooms stayed clean, and the location was right by the sea. But I paid extra for a sea‑view room and ended up with a side‑view (room 411) that barely showed the water. The resort feels geared toward families with kids who can be noisy, so if you’re after a quiet getaway, this place might not be the best fit.

“Recommend”

The spot is great—just a short walk to the beach and a kiddie water play area that everyone loved. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was tasty. The only gripe: the pool water was changed so often that it got chilly for the kids, but we didn’t mind because we spent most of our time on the beach.

The traditional Bulgarian dishes were tasty and the hall was pretty. On the downside, the place was crowded, extra charges were steep, the pool water was unbearably cold, and the beach was tiny and full of rotting algae. Most of the food was greasy and low‑quality, desserts were pre‑made and bland, and the veggies were mostly tasteless. We tried to find the animators but couldn’t locate them, and the staff couldn’t help either.
