The location had an on‑site restaurant, but the employee’s attitude when the shower handle broke was terrible; they asked me to fetch a wrench myself.

The staff were terrific, yet the property was not ADA compliant – no automatic doors, only one wheelchair ramp. The bed sagged, there were no instructions for the coffee pot, no glasses, tall hardwood stools without pads, and no lounging chair.

The waterpark was great, but it’s so large you can easily get lost.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel/complex was great, but the walls were too thin for this class of hotel and the bed was terrible; the mattresses need an upgrade.
