“Staff cordialissimo, ma devono migliorare il servizio.”

The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Noya who was courteous and accommodating. However, the fridge still contained trash from previous guests, the room and bathroom were not very clean, the towels were stained and one was even torn.

“It was mid.”

The staff were very friendly and assisted whenever possible, but that friendliness couldn’t compensate for the property’s urgent need for maintenance and renovation. The place is extremely dark compared to the photos, sheets and towels need full replacement, the Wi‑Fi is poor, and there is no pool access.

“We chose not to stay at the property the moment we saw the condition of the building,it was poor.”

The location is great, yet the maintenance is very poor. The sheets look old and worn, and the pool is in bad condition with brown, dirty water. From the moment we arrived, we were very disappointed—my daughter didn’t feel comfortable staying after we entered the lobby. We requested a refund immediately, but there has been no update or response so far. With proper maintenance and better customer service, this place could be much more enjoyable.

“Poorly”

The price is affordable, but there is no pool or clean water. We were served cold breakfast with no butter on the bread. We were woken up at the wrong time on two consecutive mornings to receive cold eggs and cold tea. On the last day I gave up and canceled. It’s better to check other places with good breakfast. The bedsheets were dirty, there was no balcony view, and we had to bring our own pillow. The service was not good, but after complying with the staff we were moved to another room, which was okay because it had a hot shower. (202)
