Everything is fine, I'm not staying there for the first time and hope to return again. The staff are always polite and ready to help, and after we left they remembered we had left items in the room, so the staff contacted us and sent a courier with our belongings.

the room was very nice and clean!. Unfortunately you could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. The pool was very dirty and therefore we did not use it which is a shame because we booked the hotel for this reason

The hotel was clean, well‑maintained, and offered convenient fast‑food options; the staff were welcoming, especially one member who was exceptionally helpful and kind, making the stay even better. The only downside was the location: the closest bus stop is a 10–17 minute walk that involves many stairs and uphill walking, which can be tough with luggage or for those with mobility issues. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Everything at the hotel was good: a large, clean room with sea and city views. The buffet breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it was enough to satisfy. They made porridge for the child, and at our request they cleared the pool of leaves. The pool had its own rating of five. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the seaside boulevard and the flag. Thanks a lot! The only inconvenience was that the hotel is located high up in the mountains, so we always took a taxi to get there.

“Super”

We received a room upgrade to a city‑view room, giving us a great view. The staff were friendly, though not everyone spoke English. The kind lady made fresh eggs for breakfast. The room was large and clean. The pool was open all night. The city center is about a 20‑minute walk away. Everything was fantastic.
