The place was clean and just a 20‑minute walk from the main street, but the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on—so sore that my hips and back didn’t let me rest, and it squeaked every time I turned. There was no soundproofing, so we could hear everyone in the building, and the room was tiny with the TV stuck in a corner by the headboard. I also didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t on site, so we had to go to a pub‑style restaurant and received a $40 gift card instead.
