Service was excellent, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet and close to everything.

Every staff member we met was fantastic! The property was clean, and the room was comfortable and well arranged. The mattresses were a touch soft, the directional signs were unclear, and the parking lot lacked clear handicap signs. Showers need grab bars, and a wheelchair cut‑out to the sidewalk from the back parking area is required.

The staff welcomed us at arrival and I felt my travel stress melt away. When we asked for an extra cot, it arrived right when we needed it. The desk staff helped the kids with missing items without hesitation. The breakfast staff were pleasant and efficient. The pool was a nice bonus, and the hot tub was perfect. No issues.

The staff were super friendly, but the pool area looked a bit dirty and rundown.
