The level of courtesy and friendliness from the hotel staff is impressive, from reception to the kitchen. Service is excellent and the parking is always available for guests at no cost.

The facilities are great, staff are polite, cleaning is adequate, breakfast is delicious and the location is excellent. The hallway to the parking was narrow and a flashing light in the ceiling bothered me while sleeping.

The room was quite large and comfortable, with a view of Pico do Ibituruna. I liked everything – reception, breakfast, etc…
