“Good stay but location is little bit inside.. need to take rapido”
The staff were friendly and the place stayed spotless, but the front gate shuts at 11 pm and there’s no separate entrance for guests staying overnight.
It was a good, comfortable stay.
After a long day of travel I was turned away with no courtesy or alternative suggestions; the management clearly lacks basic hospitality skills, then repeatedly called me to harass me into returning because they “found an empty room” – a place that seems to rely entirely on luck.
The room was a real plus - it's clearly brand new and spotless. But I was surprised to find that the basics were missing: no trash can, no water bottle, and no towel. It's not like I'm asking for much, just the bare essentials that you'd expect in any hotel room.
