“Great for seeing the sites of Kensington”
Great location, wonderful staff—especially Steve the doorman, who was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was first‑rate, one of the best we’ve had at any hotel, and I’d definitely come back.

Good location, yet the staff and their attention to detail left something to be desired.

The charming staff and the typical British charm were lovely, but that my stay had an end…

The hotel was amazing, the staff amazing, the food amazing—this is the place I love. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but this is our favorite hotel, always.
