The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, but the cleanliness throughout the property needs improvement.

The hotel staff are very good and welcoming, especially Ufuk who was really kind—thanks to him for everything. The breakfast, the view, and the swimming pool were not up to par.

The reception was fabulous and the room was pleasant, yet overall cleanliness needs a lot of work. The place has huge untapped potential, and it seemed the staff were not doing their jobs—except for two very attentive people, the others are a mystery.
