“Fair”

Good lighting and security were present, but the family room had only one toilet, parking was too small, and for our two‑night stay there was no internet; we were warned the day before that it was being fixed, but it never worked and no apology was offered. MTN network was weak, and the old building made squeaky noises.

The area was quiet, but I was terribly disappointed with the treatment: I booked a specific room at a set rate, arrived to find that room occupied by another guest, and was given a much worse room at a lower price. When I asked the caretaker, their attitude was dismissive and they logged the wrong room for me. I requested the owner, but she said she didn’t know who it was and told me to call the number on the property link, which was unhelpful. I ended up staying in a room that I didn’t book, lacking a headboard, very small, no balcony, and a smelly, stuffy carpet that irritated my sinuses the whole time.
