The staff were very attentive, especially Hanzel who helped us with a friendly and helpful attitude. When we entered our room it was dirty, so we had to ask for a room change.

This place was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, right next to San Jose International Airport. It’s a great alternative to the Marriott in Belen, which costs almost twice as much. Everyone on the team is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel is kept in perfect condition and the rooms have a minimalist contemporary vibe that’s great for a good night’s sleep. There’s a food truck “court” right outside the hotel, which is a fantastic way to grab a bite, and the steak house in the same complex is outstanding. 10/10, I’d stay here again.
