Super Townhouse OAK The Dev Regency

The room was decent, but the food left a lot to be desired.

I recently stayed at an OYO property in Patna for work and was blown away by how much I got for my money. The room was small but spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The real surprise was how quiet the hotel was, considering it's in the middle of a bustling city - I barely heard any noise from the street. For the price, it was an absolute steal, and I'd definitely stay here again.

“Aweful”

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The staff seemed friendly at first, but it quickly became clear that they weren't actually following through on their promises. I tried to get help with a few things, but it just didn't happen.

“I was thrown out inspire of having confirmed booking”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things took a turn for the worse when I arrived to find out that the hotel was hosting a massive wedding and had given all the rooms to the guests. I'd booked in advance, but it seemed like my reservation didn't matter. The reception staff just shrugged and sent me packing.

This place is a gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh towels and linens every day. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and all the main attractions. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I was blown away by the cleanliness of the hotel, it's clear they take pride in their work.
