A very beautiful traditional house with large rooms and a well‑equipped shared kitchen provided. We had the place to ourselves for three days in a quiet setting. It’s very close to the beaches, including Silent Beach. The host gave a good welcome and was available.

The spot is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The host was kind and also a great yoga instructor. I would highly recommend it.

A wonderful house with two guest rooms. Each room contains everything needed for a stay: a large canopy bed, a fan, an open wardrobe with hangers, and a big table. The rooms are large for a coastal property, which is rare. The bathrooms are also spacious in a “Bali” style. There’s a shared kitchen on the veranda with all the essentials for cooking, a water cooler, and a veranda with chairs. The Wi‑Fi is good. It felt like living in my own house deep in the jungle. The young man who handles check‑in speaks English well, teaches yoga, and offers lessons if desired. If you want to experience a unique, nature‑immersed vibe like a jungle villa but still near the beach, I recommend it. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. It was cool and comfortable at night without it, but during the day the roof heated up and the room felt a bit warm. Installing AC and offering it for an extra fee would be nice.

Athila is a wonderful, caring host who was very attentive to our needs and an extraordinary yoga teacher if anyone wants to learn. The place is simple, clean, and tastefully decorated. If you love nature, it’s a perfect spot to stay and enjoy this hidden gem. I truly recommend this beautiful herbal paradise, which I think is surrounded by three of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka.
