“Place was nice. But for the price, not really worth it. You can find better hotels”

I was really impressed by the friendly staff at this hotel. They went out of their way to help me with everything from checking in late to providing extra towels. However, my room had a few issues - the bathroom lights were super dim, and one of the bedroom lights kept flickering. To make matters worse, they didn't provide some of the things I'd been promised, like a bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, a phone, and a hairdryer.

“When we go back to Baguio, we will still stay there”

We've been lucky enough to stay at this hotel twice, and it's still our go-to choice when we're in the area. The location is a major draw – it's quiet and peaceful, and we love being able to walk to Mines View Park, which is literally just around the corner. The staff are also super helpful and accommodating, which makes a big difference when you're traveling with a family.

The staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to my stay. However, the location isn't ideal - it's a bit far from the city centre and the surrounding streets can get pretty noisy at night. On top of that, the parking situation is a bit of a nightmare, with limited spaces and a steep fee. Still, the staff's warmth and the cleanliness of the rooms made up for some of these issues.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city. However, the facilities are a different story altogether - the shower room is ancient and not exactly sparkling clean, which is a bit of a letdown. On top of that, the towels are old and could do with a replacement. Still, the location makes up for a lot, and it's worth considering if you're looking to be in the thick of things. The property's age shows, and it's not exactly a palace. The location is good, though - it's in a decent spot. Unfortunately, the accommodations don't quite live up to the surroundings.
