The parking and view were good, but breakfast was not offered and the location forced me to drive to find a bar. The room was very small, the bathroom tiny, the bidet unusable, and there was no legroom. Because the sink didn’t fit in the bathroom, they placed it in the bedroom. The property has a small pool, but they didn’t let me use it. Online check‑in with a smart lock was convenient in some ways but prohibited because the policy requires the ID to match the guest exactly. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, so I expected a comment from the manager in his own style.

The building was clean and orderly, with every detail attended to; nothing to criticize.

It had AC, and a taxi was arranged for me to leave. The room was extremely tiny. The so‑called “city view” was nonexistent, and the “garden view” was just a small barred window overlooking a dead lawn and a retaining wall, with no outdoor table, chairs, or shade. It was far from what you’d expect from a boutique property.

The view outside was not from the room, and the air‑conditioner was in the room. Everything else was subpar: the hygiene standards were very low, the shower glass was already damaged, the beds were uncomfortable and dirty, and one was actually a half‑damaged, rusted mattress.
