None of the facilities were satisfactory.
I would advise against staying at this hotel due to the scammers running the place. They will not allow you to access the hotel or contact them, and they will charge you despite the lack of service. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I would strongly advise against booking this property online, as it's a complete waste of time and money. The hotel is a scam, and even the booking platform I used seemed to be in cahoots with them. The receptionist, Vishwanath, was completely unprofessional and didn't care about the customers waiting. He discarded our booking despite having available rooms, which ruined our entire weekend plans.
