City view opens from the Single Room with Private Bathroom, which sleeps one guest. The private bathroom includes a bidet, toilet, and a bath or shower with toilet paper provided. Climate control features single‑room air conditioning, heating, a fan and a fireplace, while a TV with pay‑per‑view channels, executive lounge access and a socket near the bed cover entertainment and connectivity. Additional amenities are a wardrobe, tile/marble floor, private entrance, hypoallergenic linen and towels (extra fee) and wake‑up service.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Everything I needed was there, and the staff were lovely. The only downside was that there was no shower tray, so water splashed everywhere in the bathroom.

The owner, manager and staff are among the finest I've met worldwide—very professional, always helpful, courteous and personable. The 24‑hour front desk works great for late‑night arrivals, and booking daily activities like the Reef tour submarine, Luxor day trip and SCUBA diving was straightforward, with door‑to‑door pick‑up and return. Breakfast is simple but nutritious and a solid way to start the day, and water, coffee and tea are available all day. Overall, great people and excellent value. The neighbourhood can get noisy with calls to prayer, motorcycle traffic and construction debris, so I played YouTube “Soft White Noise” on my laptop via HDMI to the big TV to drown it out. Walking around is tough because of heavy traffic and scattered construction sites, and there are occasional stray dogs that are not aggressive but a bit of a nuisance.

I'm a returning guest because the staff are kind and wallet‑friendly. The hotel is a bit old, but it’s simple and good. The key point is that the bedding is clean, the beds are comfortable, and they do everything to make guests feel at ease.
