“Well situated, easy walking distance to all Osijek has to offer.”

The location was great, within walking distance of the town centre, and the room was spacious with a modern bathroom. The staff were helpful in arranging parking on site when we arrived, which was super convenient. Breakfast was extensive. The only drawback was the heating/cooling/ventilation system in the room, which was hard to figure out because it was a type I had never seen before. I tried Googling but found no help, and the staff on duty that night couldn't explain it—perhaps a language barrier—and offered to come to the room, but my husband was already asleep, so I ended up turning it off (I think) and opening a window. That won’t work if the weather is inclement. Next time, clear instructions would be useful.

The hotel sits close to the city centre, but the breakfast is limited to a small selection from the menu and only a single tiny cube of butter is offered.

The hotel's location, room, breakfast and staff were all excellent. We were attending the Thompson concert in Vukovar and our bus was scheduled to depart Osijek at noon. The front desk and cleaning staff made every effort to provide us access to our room earlier than check‑in (whilst being fully booked the night before) for which we were extremely grateful. Mr. Vukovic and Mr. Stankovic also went above and beyond to courier a forgotten item to me. The kindness and friendliness of all staff at the hotel truly made our stay memorable; I look forward to staying again the next time I am visiting Osijek. As a woman, built‑in hairdryers are always a disappointment… it would be nice to have a good quality hairdryer.
