The breakfast was decent, but the pool stayed shut the whole time. The hallway had a strong mold smell, and our room ran out of running water from 8 pm to 8 am; the staff offered to reimburse us with bottled water, yet the manager was supposed to arrive at 10 am to discuss this and never did, so we never saw any manager.

It always smelled fresh and clean; you could tell housekeeping was doing their job well. I hope these people are respected.

I loved the breakfast, everything was new and clean, and the location is right next to all the shops and the mall.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with spotless rooms, a modern establishment, and incredibly friendly staff. However, I'm extremely disappointed that 10 days have passed since my stay and I still haven't received my deposit refund, which was a significant amount of money, more than what I paid for the room. The lack of communication from the hotel regarding the refund date is also quite frustrating.
