Everything!. Nothing!

The room was clean, breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and it faced Milano Centrale station! Nothing else.

The room was pretty and tidy, with a nice view of the station; the location was very convenient. The air‑conditioning didn’t work quite right; it would shut off every hour.

The location was good and the room was generally large and comfortable. However, there was no water in the room, no glasses, the safe didn’t work, and we had taken the biggest family room, only to find that the windows faced a narrow street with bars instead of the station as shown in the photos, giving a poor view and noise. They refused to change the room.

The location is impeccable with a view of the central station, and the staff were very helpful.
