Nothing good. The hallways were dirty, bugs were in the hot tub, the pool area gave me a headache from the strong chlorine, the whole place was dingy and filthy, our room TV failed half the time, the bathtub was clogged and I had to stand in nasty water while showering; I've stayed in cheap hotels before, but this one was the worst, and I will never go back.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and when we had to change rooms we were given first‑floor accommodations for our autistic child, which they handled with great understanding.
