The mattresses are comfortable, yet the $220 credit‑card deposit exceeded the nightly rate and the room offers nothing that justifies that amount.

I stayed in a freshly refurbished room with a comfy bed and it was spotless; the hotel sits close to Mackay centre and there were no complaints at all.

The hotel was always clean and the staff were very friendly, and the location was great, though the front units picked up a little road noise.

Rooms were simple but had everything you needed. Love the addition of a pod coffee. This was a nice touch. The room was exceptionally clean, and there were no horrible smells. The bed was super comfortable. A/C worked really well. The shower had good pressure & volume and was a big size. The rooms were very quiet, considering they are located right on the main highway. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we need a night in the area. Nothing
