The towel change was the only clean thing. The parquet floor in the room was damaged, the building felt old and neglected, and there was no cleaning at all. Dust was everywhere, especially on the furnishings, and the floor was dirty with grime or stains.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I didn’t like the check‑in process; I arrived at midnight exhausted and the poor guy at reception was constantly interrupted by phone calls and other people buying food and drinks. I couldn’t understand why he gave those priorities over checking me in.

The apartment had plenty of space for a family. The staff were not welcoming upon arrival, and we were charged city taxes even though the booking said they were included. Checking in before 2 pm cost €30 per hour. They claimed there was a bar and food, but it was just light snacks like chocolate and beer. The staff were unhelpful, and the shower was broken, falling on my head twice and spraying water everywhere. It clearly hadn’t been maintained.

The room was spacious, clean, and the balcony offered a nice view. However, the kitchen was missing equipment: there was a microwave, a stove, a fridge, a kettle, and only one kitchen knife and two plastic cups were available. The fridge wasn’t defrosted and the hallway floor was damaged.

I paid €115 for the same room that I had previously taken for €50, and honestly it doesn’t justify the price. The sink and shower were filthy, and the water didn’t drain properly. The bed and blankets had a damp, unwashed‑clothes smell, and the mattress was really uncomfortable. If you’re paying €50 it’s tolerable, but €115 is far too much for this place.
